PBBM declares Misamis Occidental as ‘Insurgency-Free Province’

MISAMIS OCCIDENTAL — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. and Misamis Occidental Governor Henry S. Oaminal on Friday led the declaration of Misamis Occidental as an "insurgency-free province."
