Among the standout performances was James Gabriel Cagang, an amputee athlete from One Asenso Misamis Occidental, who won 3 gold medals in swimming. Cagang’s remarkable resilience and determination serve as a powerful reminder of the incredible capabilities of differently-abled athletes, inspiring many with his victory.
