Governor Oaminal accepts hosting of NMRAA 2025 with great honor and pride
CAMIGUIN— Misamis Occidental Gov. Henry S. Oaminal warmly
accepted the hosting of NMRAA 2025, unveiling the province's plans to make next
year's event colorful and meaningful. Hosting NMRAA 2025 is a great privilege
for the province, and Gov. Oaminal emphasized that his full support is
essential to ensure this will be a successful and memorable event for all
participants.
"Congratulations to the entire DepEd family for your
utmost dedication and tireless efforts in ensuring that all necessary
preparations for various sports events are in place. We are more than delighted
and honored to accept the hosting of the 2025 Northern Mindanao Regional
Athletic Association Meet or the 2025 Palarong Pampook," Gov. Oaminal
shared.
During his acceptance speech, Gov. Oaminal also showcased
the tourist destinations and improvements of Misamis Occidental through a video
presentation.
Gov. Oaminal revealed several plans for the event, including
improving the facilities and venues that will be used for the competition,
providing comprehensive support to all athletes and coaches, and organizing
activities that promote the culture and development of Misamis Occidental.
Governor Oaminal extended his warmest congratulations to the
province of Camiguin, led by Governor Xavier Jesus Romualdo, for hosting the
2024 NMRAA meet on the beautiful island of Camiguin. "My heartfelt
gratitude for accommodating the delegates from the different provinces in the
region and, of course, to the local government of the Municipality of Catarman,
headed by Mayor Kiterio Antonio Palarca, for accommodating the Misamis
Occidental delegation," Oaminal said.
The province aims to be a model of good management and
organization of major events and promises that NMRAA 2025 will remain an
