Governor Henry Oaminal to assume role as Battalion Commander of 903rd Ready Reserve IB

 


Misamis Occidental Governor Henry S. Oaminal is set to undertake a pivotal role as the Acting Battalion Commander of the 903rd Ready Reserve Infantry Battalion within the 9th Regional Community Reserve Group of the Philippine Army.

This position replaces LTC Jaime G. Cajigas PA (RES) and will be held at Camp Dominguez in Libertad Bajo Sinacaban on March 24.

Governor Oaminal's selection stems from his unwavering dedication, diligent efforts, exemplary governance, and decisive leadership.

The Change of Command will be presided over by MGen. Gabriel C. Viray, the Commander of the JTF-Zampelan/1ID, PA, will mark Governor Oaminal's formal transition of authority, responsibility, and leadership in a unit. 

His steadfast commitment and resolve demonstrated in prior endeavors will be carried forward and amplified in this new capacity, with a primary focus on fostering peace and stability in Misamis Occidental.

Governor Oaminal previously held the rank of Lieutenant Colonel as a Commissioned Reserve Officer in the Philippine Army before this assignment.
