Director Dr. Arturo B. Bayocot praised Governor Oaminal’s exemplary leadership
and strong commitment to youth and education development.
“From the bottom of my heart and
from the entire DepEd Regional Office 10, thank you very much, Governor
Oaminal, for your overwhelming support, not just through incentives, but

Julia Kris Onate, a Taekwondo
gold medalist from Cagayan de Oro, shared her gratitude:
“I would like to thank Governor
Henry Oaminal for the incentives he gave us, the gold medalists of Palarong
Pambansa. We’re truly grateful because even though we’re not from Misamis
Occidental, he still gave us incentives. Governor Oaminal is really admirable.”

leadership, generosity, and genuine care for the youth continue to uplift not
only Misamis Occidental but the entire Region 10, fostering hope, pride, and
