Team Asenso to take oath June 30, vows continued service and progress

 


Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental — The newly elected officials of Team Asenso Misamis Occidental are set to take their official oath of office on June 30, 2025, at 8:00 AM at the Bay Front Arena, Oroquieta City.

The event will mark the start of their renewed mandate to serve the province and reaffirm their commitment to the Asenso Misamis Occidental development agenda—anchored on peace, progress, and inclusive public service through the 5Ms thrust: “Misamisnon Magpuyong Malinawon, Malambuon ug Malipayon.”

Officials to be sworn in include the 1st and 2nd District Congressmen, the Asenso Pinoy Party-list Representative, the Governor and Vice Governor, Provincial Board Members, and Municipal/City Mayors, Vice Mayors, and Sangguniang Bayan Members from across the province.

The ceremony is expected to be attended by Archbishop Martin Jumoad and clergy, First Lady Atty. Pearl Grace F. Oaminal, regional directors, prosecutors, judges, barangay leaders, development partners, department heads, and national agencies—symbolizing the continuity of responsive and united governance under the Asenso banner.

Leading the ceremony is Governor Henry S. Oaminal, who is expected to highlight priority programs in infrastructure, agriculture, education, health, livelihood, social welfare, and good governance—all aligned with the province’s goal of inclusive development and sustained progress.

More than a ceremonial tradition, the oath taking stands as a renewed call for unity, shared accountability, and transparent leadership—signifying the beginning of another term dedicated to delivering “Lubos-Lubos nga Serbisyo” to every Misamisnon.
