Oaminal of the 2nd District, Vice Governor Rowena L. Gutierrez, the members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, city and municipal mayors, as well as the DepEd leaders, coaches, trainers, and the NMRAA 2025 working committees whose collective efforts helped turn this dream into a reality.

He emphasized that the win reflects the realization of the province’s 5Ms Vision: Misamisnon Magpuyong Malinawon, Malambuon, ug Malipayon. Sports, he said, is not merely about competition—it's about building character, teaching resilience, and inspiring leadership.

You Carried the Spirit of Misamis Occidental
