Henry Oaminal Open Chess Tournament rapid division, which concluded on Wednesday at AYA Hotel and Residences in Clarin, Misamis Occidental. Quizon secured his win by drawing with fellow Dasmariñas native IM Michael Concio Jr. in the ninth and final round, finishing with 7.5 points.
